In support of migrant workers 'returned to home'

I'm have signed this petition because I strongly believe that they deserve reaching home, especially under these unprecedented circumstances. Their ways to home should be supported by the government without violating their fundamental rights. In last 30-35 days, they have been through experiences which has challenged their dignity and rights to live and make decision. I still couldn't come over the fact that the way migrant workers have been disinfected, gathering of huge crowd at various stations or on road as they were FORCED to go home with empty stomach and lockdown police abuses because they lost their job and place to stay, a beggar collecting milk on road and the space was shared with four dogs (the image says a lot). The cherry picked support of government to the few, increasing the gap more than ever before and creating more stronger 'us versus them' feeling of deserving and rights to exercise what we could, without realising the fact that it is favoured by the socio-political ideology of the people in power. Any civilized and progressive society should NOT tolerate this in any capacity. We should do more than BALCONY GESTURES! India is not just the balcony people but much more than those and they deserve 'as equal right to live as any other balcony citizen of this country'. I fully support this 'ghal wapas chalo' petition for migrant workers. We should not forget that this is NOT what they have chosen. They are demanding going back home only when they have been asked to leave the company and place to live, and had no money to survive. There are another group of daily wage workers who are coming to face the similar challenges because their saving is going to over soon.
